What's been on the Menu 8

Just a few of the meals we've been having:-

Moroccan Lamb

Duck Soup...Steamy as opposed to out of focus

Duck Pancakes with Plum sauce and Hoisin sauce

Aussie Bar B Q Italian style with Tuscany sausages and a salad with.....

watermelon, olives, ricotta & prosciutto

The watermelon salad looks very intriguing. I've made it with watermelon, tomatoes and feta before, but never with ricotta.

It was refreshing ...the dressing was French but made with lemon juice.

I hadn't used ricotta before either but that was all I had on hand
